The hotel's location is great, being close to various areas, restaurants, shops, and the beach. My superior room included a separate bathroom, which was convenient.

Totally lovely stay for the first two nights of our stay. Impeccably clean venue with best possible location super close to everything in that area. Location really close to the beach, bars and restaurants, the centre of Kata beach and the ferry to Phi Phi on the following day. Good sized rooms with a gorgeous view, bath and toiletries, clean pool.

if you plan to visit promthep cape, do n't pass this hotel up. the property was situated in front of the kata beach bus stop, just 10 minutes walking distance. there is a good food option within 500 ft - halle hallo restaurant.

Big room and nice bathroom. The location is good for those who don't really want rent a motorbike as the hotel is just about 100 mt from Kata beach.
Room smell a bit. Probably when the cleaners do their job leave the door open so mosquito come inside the room and I bitten twice by some of them for 2 consecutive days. Staff also a bit awkward. Hot water doesn't work properly, I could only get cold/lukewarm water which annoyed me during having shower and shaving, and for this reason I was not even motivated to have a bath in the tub. Apart from all, Kata area is just a place for couples or those people who want just relax on the beach, not a good place for socializing.

Only 5 mins walk to Kata Beach and a short 8 mins ride away from Karon Beach. There are convenience stores and a selection of restaurants just outside the hotel. Room was clean and did not have any unpleasant odors.

The hotel is nearby the beach and the shops
Not only the cleanliness of the room, but also the room facilities. Considering the price, the quality could be better

The staff was really friendly and helped us out a lot. The breakfast was good. It was only a few minutes walk from the beach as well as restaurants and little shops. The pool was nice and fun to swim in. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall we liked it a lot and we enjoyed it much more than the hotel we stayed at in Patong beach, which was about the same price (200 baht difference).
No complaints! :)

Nice large room, pleasent attentive staff for a budget hotel, secluded swimming pool, short walk to the beach, many shops nearby
The Hotel is really quite good, great value for money, and a good choice for our family stay, however, Kata beach is dead after midnight, and the location is a long way away from any nightlife via a rip-off priced phuket taxi ride. I can imagine that is would be a great place to take a fiesty spinner Pattaya go-go dancer for a few days of bedroom olympics, but don't expect to find a replacement nearby :-)
